I'm FAMOUS!

I'm wearing sunglasses and a hoodie trying to stay incognito, the paparazzi must be hiding somewhere because my piddly blog has been featured on another blog that actually has readers! This must be what it's like to be famous, right?

This is as close to fame as I'll get. This is the only time in my life someone might say "yeah, I know her." Well, besides when that "what, I didn't tell you I'm a crossdresser," first date incident went public. That's another story for another time though.

I sent Lisa, owner of Urban Farmhouse my blog link so she could see the new kitchen pendant and she posted it on her blog. Dudes, she has 212 followers that means that 424 eyeballs might gaze upon my ramblings. That would be 422 more than ususal (I'm referring to the fact that I'm the only person who reads this, for those who struggle with math or my odd sense of humor.)

So, without further ado, my first blog to blog encounter...

Urban Farmhouse

  5. Hello! Over from Urban Farmhouse and wanted to pop over for a visit.

The light is Fabulous! Such a great idea, sad to say I have no where to put one.

I am also new to blogging and you just have to put yourself out there and hope for the best.Though I have met some really great people and a few real friends in my area.

Stop over for a visit I would love to have you.~Cheers Kim

  6. Hey funny girl, Beth- I'm over from visiting Lisa and had to come see that fabulouso light! Maybe you should market them! We Ohio girls could make you rich...
You have a great sense of humor as another of your talents, too. 12 step program- I scoff at that. We thrifter/junker types have to have our fixes. Heck, I put over 150 miles on my car over 2 days last week while searching for stuff! Oh, and you now have acquired a following of more than two people reading.... I will make # 9! I remember first starting out last year- I was thrilled when I reached the double digits. LOL I'll be back to visit again.

  7. Sue, if I get to 10 followers today I could die happy. If you can market "winging" things, I would have the patent! My dream is to someday have a shop where I can put all my concoctions out for others to "enjoy" (aka make me rich.) Our house is outgrowing the "stuff" already!

150 miles in 2 days? That's awesome, did you find great treasure??? I have a post coming up about some great Goodwill treasure.

Thank you for stopping and for following. I hope I can continue to inspire and entertain!

  11. Yes, yes I saw it. I'm trying to resist. I do have a friend coming in for the Country Living Fair who is crazy about her dogs too so I thought about getting it for her.
